If you are asking in the context of the Entrepreneur category visa, then the answer is NO. If you are asking for Skilled Migrant Residence, then also, the answer is NO. If you are investing in the company you work for, your employment may be challenged as not genuine as you are paying a premium/investing money into the company. There is a direct conflict of interest for the company to offer you the employment and thus such an application is likely to be declined.
