my question is i have essential work visa but December 2019 i apply partnership temporary work visa. And my file still in processing.but Last week one girl she work with me and she apply essential work visa same position like i am store manager so she apply visa as a store manager. So m worried because i am still waiting for decision my partnership visa i just want to know what i fo now

In this scenario, there are few different aspects to consider:
- Are you currently working as a Store Manager or has your employer given you a termination notice?
- If you are on a work visa to work as a store manager but you do not work as a store manager, then you need to notify Immigration New Zealand of the change of your circumstances. If you do not inform INZ, this could be held against you.
- Are you being treated unfairly by your employer?
- Is your job offer genuine? (Immigration New Zealand may raise concerns on the genuineness of your job offer).
It is possible that INZ may not pick this complexity owing to the deficiency in their system, but it is important for you to ensure that you follow through your own responsibilities.
