I am working in Queenstown as a Restaurant Manager in a Hotel and i got three years work visa till april-2019 and i got $25 per hour pay rate. I just wanted know whether im eligible to apply for residency or not? Please let me know.

Based on your description, the role appears to be skilled (with an assumption that it matches the ANZSCO requirements). We would need to establish if you have 160 points to apply under Skilled Migrant residence. Do you meet the English language requirements?
