As anticipated NZ Government has reviewed prices of its immigration fees and levies to account for the increasing immigration costs. Here’s our breakdown of the information.
Why?
The Government states that the immigration costs have gone up as more and more people are choosing to come to New Zealand. While some of the visa classes will have more fee now, small number of visas will decrease. The amount collected from increased fee will be used towards paying for the cost of providing visa services and strengthening border security and regulations for immigration advisers.
When?
These changes will come into effect from 5th November 2018.
How much do I need to pay for applying my visa?
