My Amazing journey in Fiordland.
Cruising Milford Sound is among New Zealand’s most spectacular activities, but the mountain scenery that lines the coast is just as gorgeous. Experiencing both on this full-day trip from Queenstown, traveling through the heart of Fiordland National Park, and then cruising all the way to the edge of the Tasman Sea is one of the most memorable journeys of my life.

The road to Milford Sound is almost as beautiful as the fiord itself. I Had experienced such beautiful glaciers, lakes, and many scenic points. We also stopped at the location where some parts of Lord of the Rings was shot.

Experince the most spectacular Scenery of the world

When traveling by road from Queenstown, visiting Milford Sound takes a full day so you’ll want to stay a night or two. If you’re short on time the fastest way to get to Milford Sound is to take a scenic flight from Queenstown.
The road to Milford Sound is narrow and winding. It is also prone to damage from flooding and slips and can be covered in snow in winter. If you plan on driving to Milford, you should allow plenty of time and drive carefully.

Milford road is a stunning alpine drive with so many incredible viewpoints to stop and take pictures.
I had personally loved going with the Juicy Travels, as our guide stopped at every viewpoint on the way to Milford, and also gave us a brief history about the Fiordland.
Also, if you are lucky, you will encounter dolphins, seals, and whales in the Tasmanian sea.
